Well, well, well. Look who’s back for more Christmas songs. You. Or you opened this out of boredom or hoping for some incisive commentary that just ain’t coming today. Either way, hi. How are you? You see the video game awards last night? Some truly weird shit!
Today’s song is “Sometimes We Wait Until Christmas,” a very lovely song by Wayne Newton. He doesn’t sing it. I’m not sure who does. It’s on his album, though. I did cursory Googling and came up empty. I don’t have the energy to dig deeper. This is on me.
Enjoy this lovely, melancholic tune!

I’m pretty sure that is Wayne Newton singing.
A quality somber holiday tune! I spent way too much time (7 minutes) googling for an answer as to who might have been singing this song before just listening to his original recording of Danke Schoen again.
